[Jamin] commit: eq spectrum curve

Hi,

I have just pushed some code to draw the eq spectrum curve.

It doesn't seem to add any extra load here but if someone else can confirm
that would be useful.

I'll look at the comp curves next and then the hdeq drawing functions.
